How to Start a Return
Step 1 — Email us at hello@zareviya.com with your order number (e.g. ZAR-2026-XXXXX) and reason for return.
Step 2 — We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
Step 3 — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the item is defective.
Step 4 — Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7 business days (we'll ask for your bank details)
Bank Transfer: Refunded to the same account within 7 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
