3. Products
All product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Personalized items (engraved, custom name) are made to order and cannot be returned.
Product prices are displayed in your selected currency and may vary with exchange rates.
4. Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud.
If a product is mispriced due to a technical error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
Promotional prices are valid only during the stated promotion period.
5. Payment
We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe), cash on delivery (COD), and bank transfer.
Payment is processed securely. We never store your card details.
For COD orders, payment is due in full upon delivery.
For bank transfers, orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Free shipping on orders over 99 USD (before currency conversion).
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
